We would be grateful if the parents of pupils in 6th class would bring their younger children to Wolfhill for the graduation mass and then down to the school following the ceremony tomorrow. This is to avoid having to pay the cost of two bus runs to Wolfhill. Thank you for your help. Please note that we are not bringing Junior and Senior Infants of 1st Class.

Graduation/End of Year Mass
We would like to invite all members of our school community to Wolfhill to celebrate our end of year and graduation mass. This is an important event in the lives of all the 6th class pupils in the parish as they say goodbye to their classmates and school communities and set out on their journey through secondary school. Fr. Dunne, the Boards of Management and staff of all schools would be delighted if you could join us at 11am in Wolfhill on Thursday June 27th 2013.

eSafety Presentation
Thank you to all those who attended the talk on internet safety on Tuesday night. All present were left in no doubt as to the importance of parental involvement in this area of their children’s lives. If you were unable to attend but would like to source information on this topic, please ask the members of the Parent’s Council for tips or log onto the esafety.ie or webwise.ie websites for information. (We are prohibited from linking directly to websites on this blog. Please insert www in front of the sites mentioned above). We will post information on our own Parent’s Council page during the coming week to assist you as you teach your children important rules concerning safety on the web. Once again thank you to Paul Hickey of eSafety for his informative presentations and to all those who attended and provided the welcome refreshments.
